England v Germany part 1 of 3! Spurs host Dortmund in what is a repeat of last years group game. The lilywhites came out on top in that one. Top of the league and flying the Germans are on form and seem ready. All talk is about the return to England for Jadon Sancho! Signed from Manchester City the 18-year-old is in irresistible form this season. 7 goals and 9 assists in 21 matches. I am sure the top premier clubs are readying their bids for him in the summer. It looks like Marco Reus will miss the match through injury although the same can be said about Harry Kane and Dele Alli. This is a tough ask for Spurs who seem to be grinding results week on week at the moment. You just can’t write off Pochettino though can you!
My tip for this one is both teams to score at 4/6
Also on Wednesday Real Madrid return to defend a trophy which they have simply just owned in recent years!
Winning 3 European Cups in a row is just incredible, I don’t think people recognize how brilliant it actually was. We will be looking back in years to come and talk about “that Real Madrid team”.
Now they are looking for a 4th consecutive win. With no Zidane and no Ronaldo surely, it’s impossible? Surely, they can’t do it again.
This season has been a struggle even though they have picked up form in recent weeks, including winning against their rivals on Saturday.
Ajax haven’t been at this stage for quite some time, playing well and with Frankie De Jong who is soon to join Barcelona in the summer, can they pull off a shock here?
Second to PSV in Holland they haven’t lost many games this season.
My tip for this one is Ajax to win at 3/1
