Cheltenham Festival – Day 4 – Gold Cup Day

This is the final day of the festival and known as the Gold Cup Day. 15:30 the race of the week and Presenting Percy and Willie Mullins are 7/2 FAV. Native River, Clan Des Obeaux, Kemboy, Bellshill and Might Bite are also in the running here. 36 Horses have entered to run here over 3 miles 2 furlongs and 70 yards. It is set up to be a classic! We start with the JCB Triumph Hurdle at 13:30 and Sir Erec is a huge FAV at 10/11 with Quel Destin, Fakir D’oudairies and Tiger Tap Tap sixes and twelves here.

The final race of the festival is the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys Handicap Hurdle. 115 have entered to run! You would have more luck picking out a lottery ticket for the weekend than picking a winner here.
