Premier League Game Week 35 and 36

Tottenham v Brighton

This is another huge game in the race for the top 4. With everyone dropping points last weekend every game now becomes massive. This would normally be fairly routine for Spurs to cement their place in the top 4. However, Brighton are fighting for their lives. This shouldn’t be as straight forward as it seems. I still fancy a home win though as the points are needed in North London.

Half Time Draw Full Time Tottenham 3/1
Son to score anytime 5/6

Watford v Southampton

Southampton are almost safe. One more win should be enough to keep their Premier League status for next season. With Watford waiting for their FA Cup Final date with City, this could be a good opportunity for the Saints to take something.

4/6 Southampton and the draw

Wolves v Arsenal

Arsenal travel to Molineux knowing that they can’t afford to drop anymore points. Losing to Palace was a result they didn’t want heading into 2 tough away games this week. Things have been a bit flat with Wolves since they threw away a 2-goal lead in the FA Cup semi final. This is a good opportunity to bounce back against a big side and have a final flourish to their season.

Wolves to win 2/1

Manchester United v Manchester City

With 2 weeks left of the season the title looks like coming down to this game. If City win, they are almost there, if they draw or lose then Liverpool will know they just need to win their last 3 games.

It couldn’t be closer. United aren’t coming into this game with momentum. A 4-0 thrashing on Sunday was one of their worst performances of the season. Can they do Liverpool a favor? Or will City add to their CL woes?

I just think that this title race has one final twist….

United and the draw at 7/4

Liverpool v Huddersfield

As fixtures go you couldn’t pick an easier one for Liverpool. One of the worst teams in Premier League history come to Anfield on a Friday night under the lights. The only question to answer here is how many goals will Liverpool score. For me it will be 4 or 5-0.

Liverpool to win 4-0 6/1
Liverpool to win 5-0 8/1

Tottenham v West Ham

The early game comes from Tottenham’s new stadium. A London derby and a “cup final” for West Ham. Nothing would give the hammers more pleasure then denting Tottenham’s CL bid. With a semi final to come on Tuesday night will Spurs be distracted? You can’t blame them if they are! Son is suspended for the Ajax game so expect him to start here, but will he be the difference?

West Ham and the draw 9/5
Both teams to score 4/6

Crystal Palace v Everton

Both these teams had outstanding results at the weekend. With Everton smashing four past United and Palace putting three past Arsenal. With nothing but pride to play for this could be a goal fest.

Over 3.5 goals 5/2

Fulham v Cardiff

What a huge game this is. Cardiff have to win to stand any chance of staying in the league. They did the unexpected and beat Brighton but then there was nothing they could do against Liverpool. Fulham away is a winnable game and they will know it.

Its win or bust time and I have a feeling they win!

Cardiff to win 9/5

Southampton v Bournemouth

Its derby time for these two. With Southampton all but safe they can relax and enjoy the final couple of games this season. Bournemouth continue to surprise and have had another terrific season.

I fancy a draw in this one

Draw at 5/2

Watford v Wolves

We have the repeat of the FA Cup semifinal and Wolves will be looking for revenge. I am not sure Watford will care too much about this one. I know there is 7th place to play for, but all eyes are on Wembley and what will be a historic occasion for the hornets.

I believe Wolves will get their revenge here.

Wolves to win 2/1

Brighton v Newcastle

One win is what Brighton need and this is the one. With arsenal away and City at home to come this looks like the last chance to pick up points. Win and its safety, lose and its going to be so close.

I just think Brighton will want this so much against a team that has its survival guaranteed.

Brighton to win 5/4

Leicester v Arsenal

Arsenal just can’t get that win to push them ahead in the fight for 4th. Every time they have an opportunity to kick clear they go and bottle it. Maybe things will change here at a rejuvenated Leicester team. I just don’t feel confident when I look at Arsenal and their away form.

1/4 on the draw

Burnley v Manchester City

This game is a lot harder then people are currently thinking. This game ended 1-1 last season and Pep has found this away game tough since he’s come to England.

The question is can a Burnley team stop a City one that is going for the title. It takes a brave man to say yes.

Raheem Sterling is a man on a mission and I fancy him to continue his hot streak.

Sterling anytime 10/11

Manchester United v Chelsea

We end the week with a huge game in the race for 4th. Chelsea travel to United knowing they can’t afford to lose. Will they be able to take the points at OT? It promises to be a cracker and I for one cannot wait to watch this one. Arsenal will be eagerly watching too no doubt. This game should pretty much decide who gets that glamorous 4th and CL spot!

Manchester United to win 7/4
