Recently launched in March 2020, Betiton is new on the scene of sports betting. Betiton is operated in the UK by AG Communications which runs several casinos and sports betting sites, including Novibet. With this partnership, it’s clear that the site has plenty of experience in the industry.
Going by what’s on the main Betiton page, the site aims to offer players a huge range of different sports with great odds. But is it worth signing up? We investigate by taking a look at all the major features of the site. Read on to discover everything there is to know about Betiton and decide for yourself if it’s the site for you.

AG Communications is a highly recognisable online gambling company based out of Malta. As the operator of Betiton, players will be happy to know that the company has a great reputation in the industry. Sharp Connection Ltd own Betiton. While this is the only site they own so far, the links to AG Communications is enough to convince us of their trustworthiness.

One of the most important things to look for before signing up to a new betting site is what licences if any the site holds. Betiton is licenced by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. Both of these authorities impose strict rules on gambling sites that ensure players are protected. You can be sure that you’ll be treated fairly while making bets at Betiton. These licences mean that players from the UK, Ireland and most of Europe can sign up and bet.

Another thing to look out for is whether a site has adequate encryption for security purposes. Encryption is necessary to keep your data safe and is particularly important when dealing with payment information. Luckily, Betiton uses the industry-standard SSL encryption. As the site is still new, there are very few user reviews at the time of writing this review. From what we did see, however, most players have been satisfied with the site so far. Betiton offers a good range of different payment options when it comes to making deposits. The major methods such as debit and credit cards are supported as are eWallets, including PayPal, Neteller and more. Bear in mind that some deposit options won’t unlock the welcome bonus, so make sure to choose a qualifying method for your first deposit.  Minimum deposit amount is £10, and any deposit you make will be processed immediately.

Withdrawals can be made using a variety of methods, and there is no charge for making a withdrawal. There’s a minimum withdrawal amount of £10, and you’ll need to verify your ID before you make your first withdrawal.

We like that there is a good range of options, but it would be better if the bonus applied to all deposit methods. It can be slightly restricting to newer players to make the bonus inaccessible to those using eWallets.

For now, at least, there’s no dedicated app available for Betiton. However, if you prefer to make bets on your mobile, don’t worry, you’ll still be able to. Just load up the site on your mobile browser, and you can access all of the same features as on the desktop site. The site is fully compatible with all devices, including Androids, iPhones and tablets such as iPads.

We tested the site out on a few different mobile devices and found that it worked well as was fairly easy to navigate around. You can easily use Betiton to make bets wherever you are, quickly bringing up the sport you’re looking for and placing bets while on the go.

If you’re signing up to Betiton for the first time, you’ll be able to claim a decent free bet bonus. The bonus isn’t as big as some of those offered by other sites, but it is relatively easy to get your hands on. As a new user on Betiton, you can receive a free £10 bet when you deposit at least £10 for your first deposit.

To qualify for the bonus, you’ll first need to make sure that you use a qualifying payment method to make your deposit. EWallets such as PayPal and Neteller, unfortunately, won’t unlock the bonus. To unlock the free bet, you’ll have to also make a qualifying bet after you’ve made your first deposit. You’ll need to bet at least £15 on odds of 1/1 or greater to unlock the free bet.

This qualifying bet needs to be made and settled within fourteen days of signing up. Note that if you use the cashout feature for the qualifying bet, it won’t count. Once your free bet token is unlocked, you’ll be able to use it on any bet with odds of 4/5 or greater. You won’t be able to use cashout on a bet that you’ve placed the free bet on.

When using your free bet, be aware that you won’t receive the free bet back on a winning bet, only the winnings. Once you’ve received the winnings from the bet, you’ll be able to withdraw them or use them however you want. There are no wagering requirements on this bet which is good to see.

You’ll have fourteen days to use your free bet token before it expires, and you can’t split the free bet. If you want to use it, you’ll have to make one single bet of £10. We like the offer for its simplicity, and it’s pretty easy to obtain. However, we do wish that the free bet could be a bit larger or the qualifying bet slightly smaller. Other than that, though, it’s a decent welcome offer that’s sure to appeal to lots of people.

Alongside the welcome offer, Betiton provide some good offers for their current players too. For example, there’s a cashout feature plus there’s a special boosted accumulator feature. Each additional fold in an accumulator adds an increased percentage to your total winning. So, a four fold accumulator will give an additional 4% while a fifteen fold can give a massive 77% extra winnings.

As with other AG Communications site, Betiton runs on the SBTech software. While it doesn’t look as modern or sleek as some other betting sites, it’s easy to use and loads up quickly even when searching through long lists of events.

When you first load up the site, you’ll find the main site toolbar on the left of the screen. This provides a quick way to login or check out various sections of the site, including promotions, support and the casino. You can minimise this menu to allow more of the main page to fit onto your screen. The majority of the front page is taken up by sports betting events where you can view the latest upcoming or in-play events. You’ll also be able to search for specific events or choose a category that you’re interested in.

There are plenty of options when it comes to choosing what to bet on. Betiton has loads of variety in sports and markets. Most major sports like football, rugby, cricket, golf, tennis and more are covered. You’ll also find niche options like darts, speedway, handball and greyhound racing. There’s also an impressive selection of eSports events that are covered by Betiton. It doesn’t matter what sport you like to bet on, Betiton has massive variety, and there’s something for everyone.

In terms of the markets themselves, the bigger sports obviously have a much better variety of options. For big events in sports like football such as the Premier League, you’ll get loads of markets like number of the corners and the number of cards. Smaller events have fewer options, but that’s to be expected.

Odds on Betiton are decent and about what we would expect to see for a sports betting site of this size. We found some good value on eSports events, and you can perhaps find some value on more popular events too.

As we mentioned, alongside the sports betting site, Betiton also has an online casino. You can use the same account for both sports betting and casino games. So if you ever fancy a break from betting, head over to the casino to try your luck at classic games like Blackjack and Roulette or the latest video slots.

When it comes to in-play betting, most sites now offer a good range of game and betting options. Betiton is no different, and you’ll find plenty of in-play bets offered when sports are on. While there’s no live streaming available, Betiton does provide extensive match statistics. You’ll also be able to view a live report that tells you exactly what’s happening and updates in real-time.

In-play bets are a great way to add some extra excitement to a game as you’re paying. It’s also a great way to find more value as you can often judge which way the momentum of the game is turning as you watch it.

Right now, Betiton has plenty of in-play options including football, table tennis, eSports, darts, volleyball and basketball. There are usually fewer betting markets for in-play, but if there’s a big event you can still find plenty of options.

As well as in-play betting, Betiton offers a cashout feature. This allows you to instantly cash out a bet whether it’s winning or losing. This is a good way to either protect your winnings or prevent yourself from losing your entire stake. Note that if you’re using the free bet included in the welcome offer, you won’t be able to use cashout.
