We also found that BetWright online does a decent job of specific market coverage within each sport, especially in bigger pursuits. Basketball betting includes major competitions and leagues, while tennis covers events across the calendar. Sports such as rugby, darts, snooker, motorsports and ice hockey also benefit from solid depth.

Where BetWright falls slightly behind the very biggest bookmakers is in the overall scale of its sportsbook and additional features. It does not have the same depth or trading resources as major brands such as Bet365, while live streaming is not a part of the sportsbook’s features. Some specialist markets that you find on the biggest operators are also missing.

The best summary of BetWright is that it is consistent and seems to focus on delivering a broad sportsbook rather than trying to overwhelm users with extras. You’ll also find less traditional betting options, including TV, specials, and entertainment, but the options are not as extensive on more established bookies.

Live markets are available across at least half of the sports on BetWright, so you get lots of chances for real-time stakes. We’d still rank BetWright UK’s live betting options as a mid-tier offering.
