OK! Bingo first appeared all the way back in 2009, but the site has been relaunched in 2020 with brand new operators, Jumpman Gaming. The bingo site is branded in partnership with the popular celebrity magazine, OK! However, management of OK! Bingo is fully in the hands of online bingo experts, Jumpman Gaming. A bright and breezy bingo site, with some intriguing bingo games, slots and promotions, OK! Bingo wants to be a headliner.  Does it succeed? There’s a lot to like, but we have some criticisms too. Read on for our full OK! Bingo Review.

Safety and Trustworthiness

The operator of OK! Bingo, Jumpman Gaming, has a huge amount of experience in running online bingo websites and mobile bingo apps. Founded in 2009, Jumpman Gaming has quickly become a specialist in bingo and casino software, operating many other successful UK gaming and bingo sites. OK! Bingo is fully licenced to offer bingo and casino games to British players, with a licenced from the UK Gambling Commission. A licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Both regulatory bodies are respected and conduct rigorous checks on operators before issuing a licence.

Jumpman Gaming’s expertise comes into play with the security of the OK! Bingo website, which has gained a GoDaddy certificate for its security procedures. All financial transactions are secured using Transport Layer Security encryption, and robust firewall technology is also employed. SQS, a global leader in casino game testing, ensures that all gaming software used by OK! Bingo is fair and random.

OK! Bingo was first launched over a decade ago, but it is very much a different bingo site today. Since the relaunch in July 2020, there has been mostly positive feedback from players and other bingo review sites. Praise has been given to the promotions and unique bingo games on offer, as well as the impressive range of premium slots. Players and other reviewers have been quick to grumble about the £2.50 transaction fee applied to all withdrawals, something that we agree seems unnecessary in the face of modern online bingo banking options.

Deposits & Withdrawals

OK! Bingo covers all bases with payment methods, including cards, PayPal, Paysafecard and Pay By Mobile. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, which sill suit casual players. However, the transaction fee of £2.50 per withdrawal is disappointing. There is also a £2.50 charge for mobile phone deposits.

Bonuses and Promotions

In line with many other popular bingo sites, OK! Bingo’s welcome bonus offers you the chance to spin a prize wheel – the Mega Wheel – to reveal your bingo welcome offer. Spinning the wheel can award free spins (up to 500) or Amazon vouchers (£10). It is possible to win nothing by spinning the wheel. To earn a chance to spin the Mega Wheel, you must deposit £10 or more. However, you can get another spin each time you deposit £20 provided you have no pending withdrawals. No bingo promo code is necessary to get the bonus.

OK! Bingo has some complicated terms and conditions around its welcome bonus. The main points are that winnings from free spins (from all promotions) are subject to a 65X wagering requirement. E.g., if you win £15 from free spins, you will have to wager £975 before the bonus money can be withdrawn. In addition, OK! Bingo has a bonus policy that states “the maximum amount which can be converted to your real money (withdrawable) balance is the value of your lifetime deposits”. So, if you successfully meet the wagering requirements for a  £400 bonus, but you had only ever deposited £40 since joining OK! Bingo, then £40 would be the maximum you could withdraw. Bingo players should expect a bit more generosity when it comes to terms and conditions, and we would really implore OK! Bingo to come up with something better if we were to recommend it as a top bonus bingo site.

There is some redemption in the nice range of other bingo promotions on offer at OK! Bingo. This includes happy hours, free bingo tickets, and lots of chances to earn slots free spins, and more spins on the Mega Wheel. New players can earn cashback from playing bingo games for their first 31 days of membership. The cashback rate begins at just 1%, but you can increase the rate up to 10% over time.

Finally, there is the loyalty scheme at OK! Bingo. There are five loyalty levels, running right up to the VIP Black level. The more bingo you play, the more Kudos points you will earn. These points will unlock benefits like better cashback rates and Megaw Wheel spins. You will also be given prizes on your birthday. VIP membership can be offered immediately if you can prove to OK! Bingo that you were a VIP member on another site before joining.

Game Selection

OK! Bingo runs on a bingo network powered by software developers like Pragmatic Play, 15 Network and Relaunch, all of whom are popular up-and-coming brands in the online bingo industry. The site has a nice layout, although bingo purists might claim that there is a bit too much focus on slots and casino games, and not enough on the actual bingo. However, navigation is easy, and we found very little lag or bugginess.

As for the bingo selection, there are 11 different rooms at OK! Bingo. Four of the rooms showcase the hugely popular Bingo Millions variant, which has a prize fund of £1 million. Elsewhere, you can find 75-Ball bingo in the Stars and Stripes room, and 80-Ball bingo in the Boombox room. We’d like to see a bit more variation in the bingo offered, as the majority is 90-Ball, but you can find some fun themed games like Bingo Blast.

Online slot and casino games seem to be OK! Bingo’s strongest suit, and you’ll find an impressive array of over 500 instant games on the site. This includes classics like Starburst and Fluffy Favourite, as well as a fine selection of Megaways games – one of the hottest trends in casino gaming right now. In addition, OK! Bingo has a live casino suite with 22 live tables – poker, blackjack, roulette, etc. – powered by Pragmatic Play.

Mobile App

There is not yet a mobile app available for OK! Bingo. But it’s worth remembering that the site has only been recently launched, so we may see a bingo app soon. Regardless, you can play bingo on your mobile or tablet, and the OK! Bingo mobile site works just as well as any app. The features and navigation mimic the desktop site, and all 11 bingo rooms work on mobile.

Support

Live support options are somewhat buried on the site, and we would like to see a 24/7 customer service available. However, there is a decent FAQ section and email support is very prompt.

Review Summary

There is much to love about OK! Bingo. Most notably, a nice range of bingo games, a huge number of slots and some good opportunities to earn promo rewards. OK! Bingo has some serious drawbacks, though, including that withdrawal charge and the overly complicated terms and conditions surrounding bonuses. Fix those, and we could see OK! Bingo becoming one of the best UK bingo sites. As it stands though, we can only give it 6/10.
