Launched in 2017 by Maple Ventures Limited, Lottomart is a hybrid casino and lottery betting app. It’s certainly become one of the most popular options in the UK for the latter, with plenty choosing Lottomart as a platform to bet on lotteries from across the world. However, its association with the lottery might detract from the fact Lottomart Games also offers an exciting casino experience with cool games and generous promos. We will take a look at that casino, along with everything else Lottomart has to offer, in this comprehensive review.

Safety and Trustworthiness

Lottomart and its operator Maple Ventures Limited are relative newcomers to the iGaming industry, bursting onto the scene in 2017. The company is based in the iGaming hub of Gibraltar, where it has been granted a licence from the respected Gibraltar Gaming Commission. Lottomart also has a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. In the short time that Lottomart has been operating, there have been no major complaints or hit to its reputation. In fact, the brand seems to be growing a strong reputation among players and industry insiders.

As a licence holder from the UKGC, Lottomart must adhere to certain standards when it comes to demonstrating fair gaming and protecting players. Casino games are selected from reputable operators, and payout information such as RTP figures is available on the site. Lottomart also uses the latest SSL encryption to protect transaction made through the website or app. As we have mentioned above, Lottomart Games enjoys a strong reputation among players and casino insiders. Reviews of Lottomart have been generally positive, as has feedback from players on other portals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

At the moment, the only payment methods accepted at Lottomart are debit cards and bank transfers, which can add a few days to withdrawal times. We would really like to see players offered the option to use eWallets like PayPal or Skrill.

Bonuses

Lottomart new player casino bonus consists of a 100% matched boost to your first deposit up to £200 and 100 cash free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. This is based on deposits between £20 and £200. So, if your first deposit was £50, you would receive a £50 bonus on top of that. The bonus amount must be wagered 50X before it becomes real, withdrawable cash, and the bonus value is capped at a maximum of £500. We should also state that the bonus funds can only be used on casino games, specifically slots, and you will not be able to use them to purchase lotto bets or scratchcards.

While those 50X wagering requirements are a little hefty, it should be noted that they refer only to the bonus amount; your original deposit remains real cash, and you can use it on any games you like. A max win cap of £500 for the bonus might turn some high rollers off, but this has become something of a new norm in the casino industry.

Lottomart Games also has two separate welcome bonus offers for lotto bets and scratchcards. When you make your first lotto wager of £2 or more, you will receive a free bet to use on lotto and 10 free spins on Gold’orado slot. Similarly, when you spend £2 on scratchcards, you will receive 10 free Cash Factor scratchcards and 10 free spins on Gold’orado. There are no wagering requirements for these lotto and scratchcard bonuses.

Overall, the Lottomart bonus welcome offers for new players seem quite fair to us, especially if you view them as a relatively risk-free means of exploring the casino and lottery games Lottomart has on its platform.

Game Selection

The risk for a specialist lotto-betting platform like Lottomart Games is that it takes its eye off the ball when it comes to other products, like the casino. Thankfully, that’s not the case here. Lottomart has a full virtual and live casino experience, featuring games from some of the best developers in the world. NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger and Blueprint Gaming providing the bulk of games, but there are also smaller developers like Slingshot and Fortune Factory featured at Lottomart. With around 350 titles, Lottomart doesn’t have as many games as some of its rivals, but there is plenty of quality on show, including a few titles that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Some of the popular slots showcased at Lottomart include popular new releases from NetEnt like Willie’s Hot Chillies and Hotline 2, alongside classic NetTent slots like Starburst, Twin Spin and Reel Rush. Blueprint Gaming provides some of its biggest hits, including Genie Jackpots Wishmaker, The Goonies and King Kong Cash. There are also 37 Megaways slots (created by various developers) at Lottomart, proving it has its finger on the pulse of current popular gaming trends. Other standout titles include Immortal Romance (Microgaming), Bonanza (Big Time Gaming) and Book of Riches Deluxe (Ruby Play). If you like jackpots, Lottomart also has you covered with 77 games with progressive prizes, including the world-famous Mega Moolah jackpot slot.

As for classic card and table games, Lottomart has a handful of virtual blackjack, roulette and baccarat games designed by mobile casino specialist PG soft. To be frank, the selection is a lot more limited than most online casinos, and there is nothing at all for poker enthusiasts. The live casino is similarly-limited in scope, but it does feature some of the best titles from the biggest name in live dealer casino, Evolution Gaming. That means you can play new-concept live games, such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live, with real dealers. Evolution also provides quality live roulette, blackjack and even live sic-bo. But, again, the absence of live poker games like Texas Hold’em seems a strange oversight.

Of course, one of the big selling points for Lottomart is that it can offer a range of lottery bets and online scratchcards. Lottery betting, as the name suggests, means placing wagers on the results of the lottery. To be clear: You aren’t playing the lottery, but betting on the results. That’s important from a legal standpoint. Nevertheless, you can potentially win thousands, possibly millions, of times your wager by betting on major lotteries from the US (Powerball and Mega Millions), as well as various European lotteries. The scratchcard suite is not as large as we expected from a lottery-specialist, but there is a choice of 10 quality scratchcard games. Tickets can cost as little as 10p, and some games have prizes of £100K.

The desktop site design for Lottomart isn’t much to write home about, with little or nothing in the way of branding or themes on show. It’s not that it looks bad – it doesn’t. But the site, with games presented on a white background, looks somewhat plain. Nevertheless, it’s the games that are important, and Lottomart does a good job of showcasing them. We detected some bugginess with the desktop site, however, but we put that down to the fact that Lottomart was designed to be a mobile app (see below).

Mobile App

Lottomart was designed with as a mobile-first platform, and you can download the official Lottomart app from Google Play and the Apple Store. As mentioned above, the app feels a lot slicker than the desktop site, as is often the case when a casino is optimised for mobile. If you don’t wish to download the Lottomart casino app, you can simply play on the mobile site, although we would recommend the app for better functionality. All games that are available on the desktop site are available on mobile and vice versa. And, while the design of the mobile app is, like the desktop site, a bit uninspiring, Lottomart gets things right in terms of layout and organisation of the games. Above all, it’s a solid app with no unnecessary frills.

Promotions

Lottomart runs regular promotions for existing players. Much of these tend to focus on deals to purchase lotto tickets, such as buy one get one free offers. However, you can also avail of casino-friendly promotions like deposit bonuses and free spins. There isn’t much in the way of prize giveaways and creative promotions like slots tournaments, though.

Lottomart does offer a loyalty scheme. You are automatically enrolled in the Diamond Club when you register. Each time you bet on lotteries or buy scratchcards, you earn Diamond Points that can later be exchanged for lottery wagers or scratchcards. While the Diamond Club scheme is attractive for lotto fans, we’d like to see the Diamond Club extended to the casino section of Lottomart.

Support

Support options are available through live chat (business hours), telephone and email. Lottomart could perhaps do with expanding its FAQ support centre on the app, which is somewhat limited. Lottomart has Twitter and Facebook accounts, but it posts on very infrequently on social media.

Review Summary

There is much to like about Lottomart, and we can easily understand its popularity as it offers quality casino gaming and lottery betting all under one roof.  Several easy fixes that could be made that could turn Lottomart into one of the best online casinos around, including adding extra payment methods, offering some poker games and increasing its social media presence. Lottomart could also do with a splash of colour to liven up the site design too. Nevertheless, Lottomart still gets a strong 8/10 from us.
