Bonuses
As a new player to Heart Bingo, you’ll be able to collect their welcome bonus. As it’s predominately a site focused on Bingo, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the bonus is only available for playing on Bingo. Luckily, Heart Bingo have decided to cater for all players. Whilst you can receive 50 free Bingo tickets if you want, you can instead choose to collect 30 free spins on the slot game Paper Wins if you prefer.
For now, there’s no specific welcome bonus for Poker players but you can still have some great fun with this bonus. All you need to do to claim the offer is register as a new player and opt-in to either the Bingo tickets or the free spins before making your first deposit.
Your first deposit on Heart Bingo will need to be at least £10 and then make a wager of £10 on any of the games on the site. You’ll then have the bonus you chose credited to your account. From the day you made your first deposit, you’ll have 30 days to use either the free spins or the free Bingo tickets before they expire.
Unlike some other sites, there are no wagering requirements to worry about with this welcome bonus and you’ll be able to withdraw your deposit and any winnings from it at any stage. The Bingo tickets can be used on any Bingo game on the site excluding Session Bingo and Bingo Winners Club. The free spins meanwhile can only be used on slot game Paper Wins.
Whilst this is a pretty great bonus in terms of its value and ease of use, we’d like to see Heart Bingo set up a bonus specifically for Poker players too.
Mobile App
Heart Bingo is available to play on mobile devices including Android, Apple and Tablets. Not only does the site work well on all mobile devices, but there’s also a specifically designed mobile app you can download. The mobile app is available to download from both the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. Just search for Heart Bingo and you should find it.
The site doesn’t just work great on handheld devices, but it also features all of the same games and promotions. You can instantly load up all your favourite games even whilst out and about.
Promotions
In addition to the welcome bonus and loyalty program, which is offered by Heart Bingo, you can also find a great range of promotions for current players. Specifically for Poker players, there are Penny Poker tournaments held throughout the month. These tournaments require just 1p to buy in and can give you the chance to win entry into one of the big monthly poker tournaments which have big prizes available and are normally £30 to enter.
On top of these Poker promotions, you can find plenty of different promotions aimed towards Bingo and Casino players. There’s also a refer a friend program at Heart Bingo which gives you the chance to earn £20 for every friend you introduce to the site. Your friend will need to deposit at least £10 and wager £20 for the money to get credited to your account. You’ll be able to refer up to five friends this way, earning a maximum of £100.
Support
They have service via telephone and live chat. Their live chat is available from 7:00-24:00.
Review Summary
Overall Heart Bingo provides a decent if fairly limited offering to Poker players. The site is mainly aimed towards Bingo and Casino players which means there’s quite a lot of casual Poker players using the site. The bonus is also aimed towards casual players and whilst this certainly isn’t a bad thing, we would have liked to see a bonus that could be used to play Poker too.
The site works well, looks good and is easy to use. Although there’s not a huge amount on offer for Poker players, the tournaments and games that are available are all very good and fun to play. The Wild Seat tournament makes things a bit more interesting plus the regular penny tournaments are great fun.
We gave Heart Bingo a 7.1 out of 10 as a Poker site and whilst that’s a pretty good score, we feel it could definitely be improved by a better welcome bonus that offers something to Poker players. The loyalty program could also be improved as right now it gives out fairly small rewards for winning rather than rewards just for playing as most sites do.
