Overview
After first launching in 2008, Mirror Bingo is back with a fresh look and new expert bingo operators behind the wheel. Branded in the style of the newspaper of the same name, Mirror Bingo is now operated by Jumpman Gaming – one of the world’s biggest online bingo operators. Mirror Bingo has had a makeover, with new games and fun promotions. But does it deliver the wow factor players want from a bingo site? Read our full review to see what Mirror Bingo gets right, and what it needs to improve.
Safety and Trustworthiness
As one of Britain’s leading newspapers, The Mirror brand will instil a sense of trust in players. However, perhaps more importantly for online bingo players is the fact that Mirror Bingo’s operator, Jumpman Gaming, is an expert in delivering bingo online, operating several other popular UK bingo sites. Jumpman took over the Mirror Bingo brand, relaunching the site in June 2020 and, arguably, lending a bit of expertise to the operation.
You should rest assured that all Jumpman Gaming sites, including Mirror Bingo, are fully licenced and regulated. Mirror Bingo has a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, as well as one from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for anyone playing bingo outside the UK. The Mirror Bingo site has several security credentials, including a Verified Secure certificate from GoDaddy. Bingo games and software are monitored for fairness by the respected testing body, SQS.
Since its relaunch, Mirror Bingo has received mixed reviews from bingo players. AskGamblers has given it positive feedback, but some players cited problems with customer service when it came to sorting issues with document verification before making withdrawals. Hopefully, we can put this down to teething problems with a new bingo website. The choice of bingo and casino games have also received positive feedback.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Mirror Bingo ticks all the boxes when it comes to payment methods, with popular options like PayPal and Paysafecard offered alongside debit cards. A £2.50 transaction fee is charged for all withdrawals, which is not something we would normally associate with the best bingo sites online.
Bonuses and Promotions
The centrepiece of the Mirror Bingo welcome bonus is a spin on the Mega Wheel. Once you have registered and deposited for the first time (£10 minimum), you will earn one spin on the wheel, where you can win up to 500 slots free spins (games include Irish Luck and Fluffy Favourites) and Amazon vouchers. In addition, you will receive new player bingo bonus perks like cashback (starting at 1%) for 31 days when you play online bingo games for real money.
On the one hand, some players might find it refreshing to have a bingo new player offer that’s a bit different from the norm. However, some complicated terms and conditions surround all bonuses at Mirror Bingo. Most notably, there is a limit to the amount you can win from the free spins awarded and some tough 65X wagering requirements to turn the bonus money into real cash. Moreover, you cannot withdraw more from a bonus than what is equal to your lifetime deposits. So, if you win £300 from bonus free spins and meet the wagering requirements, but have only ever deposited £20, the maximum you can withdraw is £20. We aren’t fans of this policy, and we would urge Mirror Bingo to come up with something a little fairer to new players.
As for other bonuses and promotions, there is a nice selection of regular offers. These include daily cashback offers (usually a small percentage amount, but it all helps), happy hours and free bingo tickets. You can regularly earn chances to spin the Mega Wheel again, and a free turn on the wheel is awarded each time you deposit £20. Prize giveaways are also very common on the site.
Once you join Mirror Bingo, you will automatically become part of the loyalty scheme. You can earn Kudos points each time you play bingo, and these can later be exchanged for free bingo games, spins on the Mega Wheel and bonus cash. You will move up different loyalty tiers, unlocking better rates of cashback and more perks. If you play a lot of online bingo, it’s possible to reach the VIP Black level. Mirror Bingo encourages you to contact them after signing up if you have been a VIP player at another online bingo site, and it is therefore possible to fast track your VIP membership.
Game Selection
Since Jumpman Gaming took over Mirror Bingo, there has been a change in the bingo software provider. Mirror Bingo now uses Jumpman Gaming’s bespoke bingo software 15 network, as well as software from top developer Pragmatic Play. The site is neatly laid out, with a simple but attractive design. Navigation is easy, and we found no issues with loading games etc.
As for the bingo selection, Mirror Bingo has 11 rooms. 90-Ball bingo is heavily featured (six rooms), but you’ll also find 80-Ball and 75-Ball, as well as some themed games in the Bingo Blast room. Players will see the addition of the popular Bingo Millions games as a big plus point, given the huge £1 million prize fund. Elsewhere, you can find cheap online bingo games from as little as 5p per ticket.
Mirror Bingo has a really impressive range of slots and classic casino games. In total, there are over 500 instant play casino titles on the site. These include top slots like Bonanza, Book of Gold, Danger High Voltage, Dead or Alive, Gorilla Gold Megaways, Centurion Megaways and 5 Ninjas. Top developers like NetEnt, Eyecon, Blueprint, Pragmatic, Microgaming, SG and Barcrest are all represented on the site. Thirty-two progressive jackpot games are offered, including jackpot versions of Rainbow Riches and 99 Time. Casino fans will also be happy to see an excellent live dealer section, with live blackjack, roulette, poker and baccarat operated by Pragmatic Play.

Mobile App
There isn’t yet a Mirror Bingo mobile app, but we will check back again soon to see if one has been launched. Nevertheless, Mirror Bingo is a mobile responsive site, so you can play bingo instantly on your smartphone or tablet if you like. The mobile bingo site mimics the desktop site, with the same great range of slots and casino games available, and all 11 bingo rooms are open on mobile.
Support
We would like to see a little more customer service presence on the site, including longer hours of availability for live chat. In fact, live chat is difficult to find, and you’ll have to navigate through to the contacts page on the help menu. However, there is a comprehensive FAQ section that deals with most queries, and you can also interact with Mirror Bingo on its Facebook page.
Review Summary
We liked a lot of things about Mirror Bingo, including the choice of bingo games and the massive range of slots. However, there are two glaring issues – the transaction fee for withdrawals and the messy bonus terms and conditions. We really would like to see Mirror Bingo address those problems before we give it our seal of approval. Aside from that, Mirror Bingo is a decent site that should suit casual and experienced bingo players alike. 6/10.
