Overview
It seems that in the 2010s, any and every established brand is looking to launch a bingo site, especially if their demographic happens to overlap with the typical bingo audience.
Answering a growing market demand, the growth of online bingo gaming has been phenomenal, which probably explains why Heart– the famous UK radio station – has joined the hunt. Debuting back in 2010, with major amendments made to the site during 2016, Heart Bingo has been attempting to make a clear impact within the online bingo realm,
Safety and Trustworthiness
For every player, the urge is always to jump into the bingo experience without a care in the world. But due diligence is something that everyone should undertake to ensure that the bingo site they choose is a fair and safe bingo site.
In the case of Heart Bingo, we can vouch for the legitimacy of the platform, as it has not one, but two operating licenses. Both the UK Gambling Commission and Gibraltar Gambling Commission verify the credentials of Heart Bingo, which means that safety when playing here is pretty much assured. Dispute resolution is handled by the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
Adding to the licensing credentials of Heart Bingo, the site also has certification from Abilott, which rubberstamps the technological security of the brand. Finally, it’s worth noting that Heart Bingo implements SSL encryption throughout the site, ensuring that your private account information remains secure at all times.
It’s always a good idea to try and get an idea of player sentiment before jumping onto a new site, even when everything looks great on paper. In this case, Heart Bingo seems to fall in the middle of the pack. There are few glowing reviews, but most complaints that do exist revolve around player exclusions and the usual unsubstantiated accusations of game rigging. All in all, nothing unusual to report.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All the commonly used methods are here (see the table below). The withdrawal times are lightning fast, with the processing time being just 48 hours, depending on the method.
Bonuses and Promotions
Heart Bingo has built a strong reputation for offering a vibrant selection of bonuses and promotions designed to keep players engaged and rewarded. Whether you’re a new member exploring the platform for the first time or a regular returning for more fun, there’s usually something enticing on the promotional calendar.
The site frequently features a mix of ongoing and limited-time deals, which may include deposit bonuses, matched play offers, free bingo sessions, prize draws, and other value-packed incentives. These promotions are crafted to suit a variety of playing styles and are often accessible across both bingo and selected casino games.
One standout aspect of Heart Bingo’s approach is the flexibility of its bonus structure. Wagering contributions are not always restricted to bingo alone—many promotions also allow progress through slots, instant win games, and other casino offerings. This gives players more choice in how they fulfill any bonus requirements.
Heart Bingo also runs themed and recurring promotions that add an extra layer of excitement, such as daily jackpot games, seasonal events, and exclusive room-based bonuses. These are regularly refreshed, keeping things dynamic and providing fresh reasons to log in and play.
For players who enjoy consistency and rewards over time, the site’s loyalty incentives and promotional campaigns offer a solid path to ongoing perks. Whether it’s free tickets, bonus spins, or the chance to enter exclusive games, Heart Bingo ensures its promotions deliver real value and a rewarding player experience.
Game Selection
The biggest issue when it comes to branded bingo sites is that they often fall short in the departments that matter most. Lack of game choice is a huge bone of contention for many bingo fans. It’s painful to report that Heart Bingo fails to buck the trend. The game selection here really is poor when compared to other brands out there – such as Coral Bingo.
There are just six bingo rooms available here (yes, just 6!), with these rooms split between 90-ball bingo and 75-ball bingo. This level of choice just isn’t enough, as there is absolutely nothing unique here to get excited about. The site does, however, throw more than 96 slot games into the mix from the likes of IGT (Cleopatra), NetEnt (Starburst), Playtech (X Factor).
But that simply doesn’t do enough to make up for the barely-there selection of bingo games available. When it comes to choice, Heart Bingo must do better, as this game selection really does fall well below what players expect nowadays.
Getting around the Heart Bingo platform is easy enough, as with a couple of clicks you can easily jump into any game. That being said, with the game selection here being as basic as it is, it would be almost impossible for Heart Bingo not to have an easy-to-grasp UI. And although it’s functional, the design is half-hearted and dated, with too much text and tiny images. Very little has been done to capture the personality of the radio station, which is a real shame.

Mobile App
Redeeming features within the digital walls of Heart Bingo may be hard to come by, but the mobile platform is at least easy to get on board with.
Heart Bingo has an app for both iOS and Android, but their mobile site is pretty much a straight facsimile of the main site. All you have to do is log on via a mobile device (iOS or Android). In terms of game numbers, you have the two basic bingo games plus 49 slot games to work with. While it’s not perfect by any means, Heart Bingo does at least have a mobile platform that works and is easy to use.
Support
Customer support at Heart Bingo is standard fare, as the likes of email, SMS, and live chat are all offered up.
Review Summary
Prior to launching back in 2010, the hype surrounding Heart Bingo was evident. Then, upon the site upgrade in 2016, plenty was expected of Heart Bingo once again. What’s clear is that Heart Bingo has been falling a bit short for over half-a-decade now, and not much has changed in 2017.
The big problem is the lack of variety to be found in the bingo lobby, which should really be the foundation upon which the rest of the site is built. Six rooms and a couple of standard game varieties is too little, compared to the very best sites. On the plus side, the site (both desktop and mobile) is pleasant to use, if a little lacking in the design department, and the range of promotions is both large and quite varied. Still, when there’s twice as many promos on offer as bingo games, something isn’t quite right.
It isn’t that this is a bad site. It’s just that, aside from working through that decent sign-up offer, there isn’t much to recommend it over other sites we’ve tried.
If you are looking for a bingo site that would feel fresh and new, we recommend newly lunched Rosy Bingo.
